Engineering & Manufacturing

Vertically Integrated UAV Engineering

From PCB layout to final airframe assembly — every stage of production happens under one roof at our AS9100 Rev D certified facility in Nantou, Taiwan.

01

Custom Payload Integration

We engineer bespoke payload bays, gimbal mounts, and sensor interfaces for LiDAR, multispectral, thermal, and hyperspectral systems. Mechanical, electrical, and firmware integration handled in-house.

Taipei Production Campus

Our Taipei campus houses the full production stack: design studios, PCB fabrication, cleanroom assembly bays, structural composite workshops, and a dedicated environmental test lab. No outsourcing of critical path manufacturing.

The ISO Class 7 cleanroom supports sensitive sensor integration and avionics assembly. Three automated SMT lines run 24/5 with real-time SPC monitoring and automated optical inspection at every stage.
